    The opportunity Reporting to the Senior Manager, Solution Architecture, the Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, cross-functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, flexible and secure IT solutions that efficiently use the wide range of software and tools available internally as well as take advantage of the opportunities offered by new technologies. The role Collaborate with business users and IT internal teams to understand business requirements and objectives. Prepare and present architectural designs, proposals, and technical documentation for new systems or enhancements to existing systems to various stakeholders. Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Review ITRs created by Business analyst to ensure the proposed solutions efficiently use the Enterprise application capabilities and integrate harmoniously with the existing functionalities. Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with solution architecture. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Ensure the IT solution designs are aligned with the Business overall software deployment strategy and integrate seamlessly with the Enterprise application. Stay up to date with the improvements delivered by vendors of exiting software available to the business Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and analyst teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure solutions are implemented according to architectural designs and best practices. The requirement Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years ERP experience (JD Edwards World and E1 is an asset) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions. In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, software development, and IT infrastructure. Strong written communication, analytical and conceptual skills in English (French and Spanish are an asset) Strong problem solving skills with the ability to handle complex problems. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment.     The opportunity The Senior Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Financial Operations in the reporting and analytical aspects of standing costing, inventory, and manufacturing variances. The Senior Analyst is an agile, motivated team player who is looking for the opportunity to grow professionally within the organization. The role Lead the inventory annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes as well as monthly reporting and variance analysis Supports the standard cost process and manufacturing cost estimates. Maintain an overall understanding of the standard costing environment and inventory valuation. Manage the inventory revaluation process. Partner with the manufacturing business units to consolidate y-o-y analytics and trend analyses. Responsible for managing periodic audits, validations, and controls of standard cost changes and report findings and propose action items to the Senior Manager. Perform various reviews and trend analyses of manufacturing costs and KPIs to complement the month-end reporting process. Responsible for the preparation and review of Executive level reporting packages. Preparation of quarterly documents for internal and external auditors. Focus on continuous process improvement, leveraging financial systems and the streamlining of processes in order to meet organizational goals. Responsible for the updating and maintenance of key process documentation. Develop ad-hoc reports and supporting schedules to assist management needs as required. #LI-VG1 The requirement Professional Accountant (i.e. CPA - CA, CMA or CGA) with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum of 5 years accounting experience; experience in a manufacturing and publicly reported company with a multi-unit geographically dispersed structure is an asset. Experience in management through an ERP environment. Working user knowledge of JDE and/or Hyperion Financial Planning is an asset. Focused and results driven but has the ability to understand the different perspectives within the organization and adjust his project management style to become a respected business partner within the organization. Proven ability to undertake, manage, and execute projects geared towards the improvement of process and department efficiency. Established financial modelling skills and distinct ability to identify and remediate areas of improvement. Possesses developed multi-tasking skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment. The individual must be motivated, provide strategic direction, and possess excellent business acumen, interpersonal and analytical skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and the use of its complex formulas and various reporting capabilities. Developed ability to efficiently leverage presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Think-Cell in preparation of management presentations. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French, Spanish is an asset. This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French - mainly English.     The opportunity As a Senior Business intelligence analyst, you will be responsible of enterprise-wide data and analytics solutions. Participating in design, development, documenting and testing of the BI solutions. You will be working closely with the internal business lines, IT functional business analysts and the BI development team. Responsibility includes to create, supervise and ensure the quality of BI solutions, and enforce governance of the BI solutions portfolio. As senior members of the team, you will provide training, mentoring and support to more junior staff. You will also have the responsibility to see project and tasks completed from A to Z with little or no supervision. The role Analyze and provide data management and data analysis solutions through visualization tools such as Tableau and Snowflake. Reporting to the Corporate Sustainability Department under the Director, Global Sustainability, the Analyst, Sustainability will support ESG disclosures, assist in ensuring data is accurate for external reports and third party ESG surveys and questionnaires. The successful incumbent will support the department's work and will engage with a range of international stakeholders, including NGOs, ratings agencies, and internally with employees across the organization. The role Support the Corporate Sustainability Department under the Director, Global Sustainability to collect and analyse ESG data for external reporting Compile content to support Gildan's annual ESG reporting, ESG ratings and ranking, and/or surveys (e.g., GRI, SASB, UNGCP, ISSB, CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS, DJSI, etc.) Research and analyse emerging trends, sustainability initiatives, conduct external benchmarking, monitoring regulatory developments and propose recommendations for consideration.
