JOB MISSION:
The North American Integrated Demand Planner plays a central and critical role in delivering North American business results through owning the development, analysis and execution of the NA Footwear and/or Apparel Demand Plans. This Planner will be responsible for providing a detailed unit demand plan at the model, style and SKU level to the organization covering Wholesale and DTC for Canada for one or more Line Plan Businesses. Additionally, this Analyst will also support the collection and interpretation of the Sales Forecast and its impact to the Demand Plan.
This position sits at the forefront of the Quarterly Go To Market process, representing and facilitating for North America through GLP Forecasting, Project Line Planning (PLP) and Line Confirmation in support of OGSP objectives through the end of a product's life.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Development and Management of model/style/sku level demand plan for one or more Line Plan Businesses Develop and maintain an accurate style level demand plan using both quantitative inputs - historical data, trend information, sales forecasts - and qualitative inputs such as Sales, Marketing and Merchandising feedback Pressure test forecasts against bookings, replenishment assumptions and updated accuracy metrics Actively manage risks and opportunities to the plan and partner with Sales, Marketing and Merchandising to keep assumptions current. Lead the monthly Demand Consensus process for all Channels (Wholesale and DTC) for Canada Close collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, Commercial Planning, Inventory Planning, and Supply Planning. Represent NA Demand Planning & Forecasting in the Go To Market process, from Global Line Review through Line Confirmation adhering to the published Forecast Calendar Selection and maintenance of size curves, utilizing system inputs, historical data, and DTC teams input to drive accuracy at the SKU level. Manage and analyze the Sales Forecast input for one or more Line Plan Businesses. Demonstrate knowledge of select customers and channels and understand their impact on the demand plan.
