Summary
Seasonal Team Member supporting store operations and guest experience during the holiday period. Act as a brand ambassador to welcome and assist clients, maintain hospitality areas, support sales tasks such as boxing and wrapping, and help with engraving and inventory as needed.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients to create memorable luxury experiences. Support sales transactions and perform POS functions after purchase decisions. Assist with boxing, wrapping and replenishing gifting and POS supplies. Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management. Maintain hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean. Support engraving station where applicable. Assist operations and after sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations. Help with inventory and special projects as needed. Requirements
Previous retail or luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality. Ability to work non traditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays. Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment. Capability to work with a diverse client base. Authorization to work in Canada.
