Driving profitability with the market and managing stock levels by working dynamically with Finance, Marketing, Direct To Customer, Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure stock availability via Monthly Rolling Demand Plan. The Demand Plan is the basis for Purchasing and significantly influences the inventory management/stock turn and re-order availability. It is also the foundation for reaching sales and inventory targets in all forecast horizons. Main function is to maintain the demand plan in consideration of key stakeholder inputs and align on one number driven through consensus meetings and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / IBP processes. As change agents, it is our objective to inspire and quantify new ideas so that we facilitate un-biased decision making.
Key Responsibilities (Functional):
- Responsible for creating and updating the Demand Plan for defined business segments on article level;
- Create and maintain demand plan for 12-18 month forecast horizons
- Analyze and validate key stakeholder inputs, historical trends, seasonality
- Accurately depict sell-in timeframes by factoring supply constraints
- Create and update size curves for assigned business units
- Drive consensus meetings and provide gap analysis to annual target
- Follow S&OP / IBP processes to align short, mid, long term initiatives
- Liaise with cross-functional departments: Category, Finance, Sales, Product Supply, Direct-to-Consumer
- Single point of contact (SPOC) for all demand planning inquiries - system, concept, process
- Ad-hoc projects as required

Profil recherché

- Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. relationship management, facilitation)
- High comfort level with uncertainty and ambiguity
- Analytics (e.g. SKU rationalization, trend analysis, weeks of supply, sell-thru projections)
- Proven business acumen to facilitate resolution of disconnects between stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and/or Microstrategy BI
- Detail oriented and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University or College Degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of Demand Planning / Supply chain experience in Retail, CPG / FMCG, manufacturing/vendor.
- Fashion, Sporting Goods experience an asset
