Process Coordinator -Foundation - Full Time Days

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports the Production Supervisor in ensuring all production lines and their crews are working at optimum performance. Coordinates and executes the filling and assembly of products in accordance with quality and productivity standards.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Complies with all prescribed Safety and GMP procedures

- Actively supports Continuous Improvement initiatives

- Assign line tasks per productivity guidelines and communicate all safety and quality instructions.

- Rotate all members of line according to work instructions for each job as required.

- Provide and communicate "passdown" information during shift change to next shift.

- Perform and document quality checks required by work instructions.

- Maintain a clean and orderly work center and adhere to all GMP and Regulatory Guidelines.

- Assist and train fellow co-workers and temporary employees

- Proactively identify and resolve safety and ergonomic concerns for their line.

- Address or report any necessary safety related issues or concerns.

- Ensure accuracy of components, both quantity and quality to start job.

- Complete production paperwork as required.

- Responsible and accountable for the execution of SAP transactions and related processes on the line.

- Verify, monitor, and document line efficiency goals for each job as assigned.

- Assist in the monitoring and reporting of all material usage

- Perform other duties as needed.

Profil recherché

Qualifications

- Previous experience as Process Setup Attendant or Quality Auditor preferred.

o Must be able to read, write and understand English.

o Must have strong communication, problem solving skills and multi-tasking skills.

o Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, averages)

o Proficient computer skills.

o Must be detail oriented.

o Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
