Overview of Role and Responsibilities:

Build Talent - Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent.

Coach, develop and maximize the success of all associates
Maximize sales potential by coaching to associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the backroom
Build a team that works well together based on the needs of the store
Recruit, hire and staff
Ensure onboarding and continued training of the associate team
Retain top talent and develop a succession plan
Build Capability - Analyze the business, create and communicate clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities.

Ensure team communication
Direct workforce management activities
Assist in meeting payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus
Direct inventory management activities
Manage controllable expenses
Maintain policies and procedures
Incorporate Loss Prevention and safety messages into daily operations

Build the Brand - Build a store environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional in-store shopping experiences.

Lead consistent focus on delivering emotionally engaging customer experiences
Drive customer loyalty by analyzing the Customer Experience Report, listening to customer voice comments and coaching associates on the common themes
Ensure implementation of company selling strategies
Build highly satisfied and loyal customer base
Execute visual standards and maintain a safe, inviting store appearance

Profil recherché

Proven ability to drive sales results
Strong supervisory, communication and customer service skills
Minimum of two years retail experience
Prior sales management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
