Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Account management - Oversee Documentation such as Floorplans, Assortment Sheets, Order Files, purchase order/account commitment trackers, etc. Ensures accuracy.
- Accountable to deliver high level commentary on weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast conversion identifying risks and opportunities needed to exceed plan.
- Leads Accounts Pre-Strategy Calls, Sell In Meetings, Market Appointments, Leads Pre-Season Alignment Meeting.
- Utilizes selling skills, consumer insights, negotiation skills and business acumen to influence and drive sales as well as account growth to exceed LS&Co.'s financial targets and overall profitability/growth.
- Aligns brand consumers and account strategies to deliver Annual Financial Plans through volume and profitability targets (internally & externally).
- Identifies, pursues and delivers new business opportunities with new and existing customers that drives profitable revenue growth.
- Aggressively monitors and quickly responds to opportunities in the market to identify ways to beat the competition
- Ability to present and influence through storytelling and KPI's.
- Thorough understanding of business metrics including retail math, operational and inventory KPIs. Ex: Sales, Margin, Inventory, AUR, Turns, Sell Thru%, In-stocks, Fill Rates, Reporting & Analytics with the ability to convert insights into positive recommendations.
- Thorough understanding of P&L (profitability report) to ensure a clear understanding of how their role has a direct impact on Revenue, Dilution, GP%, AUSPs, COGs, product mix implications, monthly forecast, and weekly shipping updates.
- Maintains working knowledge of market trends, and the competitive landscape.
