Description du poste

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for the development and maintenance in Intelligent Automation (IA), and Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) as part of the continuous modernization of the operational models across TJX Canada Merchandise Operations.
- Develop Intelligent Automation processes using design and coding best practices to build high-quality components and solutions.
- Participate in IA planning events, committing to Program Increment (PI) objectives and iteration goals partnering with the PO to refine user stories and acceptance criteria; assists in creation and execution of user acceptance test plan for completed features.
- Coordinate with the PO to confirm that the code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality; supports the PO to perform acceptance testing and deliver code to production.
- Collaborate with PO and Manager of Merchandise Operations Business Systems to provide product demonstrations.
- Perform quality testing and deliver code to production on time with accuracy to ensure product releases reach general availability per agreed timelines.
- Support User Testing to ensure error free user experience that meets the needs of the business.
- Maintain automations after go-live, (e.g. hyper-care, ongoing updates and platform changes).
- Participates in the global community of IA developers, learning new technologies available for future solutions
- IA subject matter expert create awareness and share knowledge of IA tools with the greater Merchandise Operations team at TJXC and Global counterpart.
- Apply Agile principles for delivery and how they are used to deliver IA
- In partnership with Business Intelligence Data Analyst, designs, builds, maintains and publishes reports to meet business needs.
- Validates the outcome of reporting work through investigating the issues, developing action plans, communicating to end users, and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborates with Merchandise Operations, Merchandising, Global Continuous Improvement, MP&A, Logistics, Core Planning, Finance, Distribution Centers, satellite buying offices, and Global Buying Offices, Global Brand & Product Development/ Royalty & Licensing, IA team to streamline and make efficient use of corporate information; gather data information requirements to develop reporting solutions.
- Researches and identifies opportunities to improve process efficiencies and deliver enhanced business intelligence through reporting, including but not limited to RPA, Power BI & Power Automate platform solutions.

Profil recherché

To begin your career with us, you'll have:
- Post-secondary education in business administration, software or management engineering or information systems preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing automations using one or more RPA technologies (e.g. Blue Prism, Power Automate).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access; working experience with Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas, using and navigating Jira and confluence, JAVA.
- Exposure to design and development of relational databases and related tools, (Power BI, Access, SQL queries, Agile methodologies).
- Demonstrated project management skills including experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and bug fixes.
- Good understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including compiling large volume of data into meaningful information.
- Demonstrated organizational and development skills including change management, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members.
- Adapts quickly to the changing requirements and needs of business
