The Supply Chain Logistics and Initiative Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply logistics, and operations within the supply chain. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, change management, and system integration. The Supply Chain Logistics and Initiative Manager will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with various departments, and leverage technology to achieve operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence/ NPI Execution:
- Lead cross-functional teams through E2E New Product Launch cycle.
- Align NPI timelines with marketing and sales activities to ensure a coordinated launch.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that teams are meeting milestones and timelines.
- Foster open communication and regular updates among team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, sales, and finance, to align market strategies with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage logistics team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the logistics team.
- Warehouse contract negotiation
- Warehouse R2M, locations, expansions.
- Lead warehouse transportation management, route optimization, carrier selection, and freight cost management.
- Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. (RFQ)
- Negotiate and Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create long-term plans for transportation, distribution, and inventory management to support business growth.
- Guide, coach, and mentor new Oracle end users on MFG + STP process and the new ways of working.
- Develop change management plans to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of transformational changes.
- POC for MFG + STP Oracle enhancement and implementation.
- Utilize Transportation Management System (Nexus) to enhance Tracking and KPIs within ERP systems.
- Utilize Oracle Cloud (WMS) to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in supply chain logistics, transportation management, or related leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management within the logistics and supply chain context.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and technology solutions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex supply chain challenges.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
- Excellent project management and change management abilities.
- Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and team management.
