Summary

The Loss Prevention Professional maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador and first point of contact for clients. This role supports sales and service by executing security controls, back of house operations, and store procedures to ensure a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador and first point of contact for clients to deliver the brand experience
• Support sales by deepening client relationships and assisting store operations
• Perform opening and closing procedures and other back of house operations
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures
• Ensure security systems and procedures are followed, including inspections and alarm tests
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team

Requirements

• Valid security license
• High school diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Experience in retail or security environments preferred
• One year prior security related experience preferred
