ABOUT THE ROLE:Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty, Promotions & Sampling, your primary focus will be managing and executing the Beauty Insider Program within Canada, with an emphasis on marketing campaigns and promotions that engage and delight our Beauty Insider clients. Managing the Beauty Insider program requires strategic planning, forecasting, and collaboration with teams across sampling, inventory, production, email, site, analytics, and brand marketing. You will oversee the execution of loyalty programs and lead efforts to manage the redemption of offers, perks, and rewards. Additionally, you will support client engagement and program growth in coordination with our US counterparts. You have a solid understanding of marketing campaigns and promotions, experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building strong professional relationships with colleagues to drive mutual success.
