Retail Stylist

Summary

The Retail Stylist provides exceptional client service while achieving sales targets and maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards for the Montreal location. This part time role supports store events and daily retail operations with a focus on high end clientele and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications
• Ensure high standards of client service at all times
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise, and store presentation standards
• Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and inventory
• Adhere to store and company procedures and operational standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment dealing with high end goods
• Experience with clientele oriented sales
• Availability for open scheduling in a seven day a week operation
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor aligned with brand lifestyle
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Strong independent work ethic and time management skills
