Seasonal Sales Support - Montréal Royalmount

Summary

Seasonal Team Member supporting store operations and guest experience during the holiday period. Act as a brand ambassador to welcome and assist clients, maintain hospitality areas, support sales tasks such as boxing and wrapping, and help with engraving and inventory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable luxury experiences.
• Support sales transactions and perform POS functions after purchase decisions.
• Assist with boxing, wrapping and replenishing gifting and POS supplies.
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management.
• Maintain hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Support engraving station where applicable.
• Assist operations and after sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
• Help with inventory and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail or luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality.
• Ability to work non traditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
