Location: Skillman, NJ or Markham, Canada. Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025
Travel %: 10%
Pay: $113,000 to $195,500 USD
What You Will Do
The Sr. Global Manager, Aveeno Face is responsible for leading the Aveeno Face Global strategy, equity + development of 3-year innovation pipeline to deliver Aveeno Face’s strategic plan and operating plan goals. This position will own and drive development of equity campaigns and new product concepts, claims.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the 3Y Growth Strategy & Growth Roadmap
· Lead Aveeno Face Equity & Communication strategy & development
· Effectively lead cross-functional team to drive excellence in all aspects of product development from concept research to product design, packaging development and communication assets in order to accelerate Aveeno Face Care globally.
· Build and effectively influence business activities and projects, including gaining alignment from key partners and decision-makers to advance a prototypical & harmonized portfolio architecture, covering critical category entry points.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
· A Bachelor's degree is required.
· Prior innovation experience in Skincare / Beauty is required.
· A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience is required.
· Proven brand building, critical thinking, and marketing thought leadership—ability to craft ideas & recommendations based on consumer insights.
· Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
· Proven ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand, project, and innovation
· Demonstrated communication skills and ability to influence key partners and decision makers without authority.
· Proven analytic skills and financial acuity in making effective business decisions.
Desired Qualifications
· An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
· Prior Consumer Packaged Goods experience is preferred.
· Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
