Supports Ecommerce Director in achieving goals set for the Canada market Helps set and cascade objectives to Corporate Ecommerce Team and multiple brands that will help drive sales, new customer acquisition and growth in the Canada Market across all channels Responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners to create a compelling and localized online experience across retailer and brand - including digital and social programming - while considering omni integration Serves as the point person between multiple key stakeholders, including global & NA Teams, Canada cross-functional teams and external partners to strategize and execute a compelling and localized online/omni experience Builds and maintain strong partnerships with all key stakeholders to ensure any changes communicated are cascaded and adjusted accordingly in a timely manner Acts as a key contributor in regular touch bases and meetings to ensure any gaps and/or opportunities are identified and insights are shared to optimize any programming and/or activations across multiple brands Advocates for streamlined processes that will help create efficiencies and improve workflow cross-functionally and how information is communicated to internal and external partners i.e. Marketing Calendars, SXS, Sampling Calendars, Forecasting, Post-Mortems, Competitor Audits Advocates best practices across multiple brands in order to educate and develop better insights that will help optimize the online experience, investments and growth of business The role of Sr. Manager, Retailer Media will take on a primary role in the oversight and management of key strategic initiatives related to retailer media, data sharing agreements, data activation, and measurement of the same. Support Team via data mining, analysis and presentation of data to inform the day to day business and product launches (data cleansing, modeling, implementation as needed) Manage product operations (building dashboards and reports) by aggregating data across brands & multiple different reporting systems Exploratory Analysis (identifying long term trends) to provide actionable insights to drive business analysis to improve forecasting, inventory, retailer sell-in, sell-through, inventory management, and various relevant key performance metrics Identify blue sky opportunities to support the strategic needs and day to day of running the ELC brand business via new capabilities, third party vendors, and other initiatives and build business case for exploration and execution Q

Profil recherché

Post-secondary degree/diploma required, preferably in Digital Commerce/Marketing 8+ years previous corporate/agency or office experience required in a similar capacity Proficient command of the English language, with strong written, oral and presentation skills A well-versed leader, who has the ability to adapt and build strong cross-functional with internal and external partners, plus ensure alignment in a matrixed organization Proven project management experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, who is organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail Must be a results-oriented, with strong work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion; a "roll up the sleeves" attitude towards tackling a challenge, without compromising deadlines Strong business acumen with proficient understanding of metrics and reporting, with an ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations Ability to identify and validate opportunities based on consumer trends, competitive research, developed insights and best practices Understanding of web technologies and production processes involved in online development Proficient in MS Office - including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint + web analytics & KPI measurement tools Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
