What You'll Do: Optimize product mix at store level through analysis and allocation to maximize profitable sales. Develop weekly shipping strategies by analyzing sales trends, inventory, store volumes, and demographics. Monitor and interpret inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales plans, tracking store sales and inventory ratios. Evaluate and critique product mix through store visits and competitor analysis, sharing findings and actionable plans. Identify and implement business opportunities by forecasting sales trends, researching market trends, and providing strategic recommendations. About You: Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in Retail or Business Management preferred, or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical skills to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, supporting strategic decision-making. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to build strong partnerships across teams. Effective verbal and written communication skills, clearly conveying insights and recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
