Job Description: We're hiring co-op student to support our Logistics Department's Project Management, Communication & Training team! This role offers hands-on experience in internal communications, training coordination, and project support. You'll help create presentations for leadership, draft organizational announcements, assist with Town Hall and conference planning, and contribute to onboarding and learning initiatives. Ideal candidates are pursuing a diploma or degree in Business or Communications, have strong writing and organizational skills, and are proficient in MS Office. What You'll Do: Assist in the planning and content development of internal communications and execute the drafting of presentations and materials for Town Halls, Conferences and more Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft messages for organizational announcements within the Logistics Department Contribute to the development of team communication and training strategies and support the launch of new initiatives Assist in the development and coordination of training initiatives such as quarterly learning series sessions, new hire onboarding process and other department training material Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by collecting feedback from learners and recommending updates to training materials and delivery methods. Support ad-hoc projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables and gaining alignment from internal teams. About You: Currently pursuing a College Diploma or University degree, in Business Management, Communications or other related areas is an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to draft effective communications for different levels within organization Strong organizational skills with ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, manage time effectively and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure Demonstrates interpersonal abilities to perform effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, where partnering with others and building strong working relationships are critical Excellent computer skills including MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills Posting Details: Posting End Date: January 16, 2026 What to expect: What to expect: qualified applicants will be required to complete a 1-way video interview and may need to complete an assessment no later than January 20, 2026. Job description Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: Receive products from Suppliers, Retail Returns, Sales Associates, and Service Check received materials against documents provided for items and quantity Make changes to documentation as required and notify supervisor of changes Put received stock away in the appropriate stock locations provided Pick product orders according to the daily order pick lists provided, marking the pick qty and total qty picked for each order Meet or exceed expected daily ship volumes as available orders and stock dictate Have order checked for qty picked and signed by another warehouse person before packing Scan bar code items being packed the order for order update to invoice Process shipment of order for delivery by using the freight manifest program while checking the ship address to packing list Keep warehouse work areas clean and tidy Assist other warehouse staff in meeting the brands order fulfillment as needed Perform annual physical inventory and regular cycle counts as requested Assist brands in sales support material storage and shipping as needed Timely respond or relay to appropriate department any customer concerns Complete daily productivity reports Submit all previous day unfilled picking documents to supervisor Maintain and request shipping supplies Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately Professional requirements Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent required, college a plus Previous warehouse and shipping/receiving experience Previous AS 400 experience a plus Computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions Good communication skills RF gun knowledge with ability to scan inbound and outbound material Able to lift minimum 20 pounds. Team player and ability to manage work processes Excellent Customer Service skills Able to produce results under pressure and meet deadlines
