The Opportunity As our Site Merchandising Manager, you will act as the business owner for the overall strategy and operations of Psycho Bunny's website. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will drive the flawless and accurate execution of all online product launches and product enrichment processes. By blending a deep love of product and shopping psychology with technical insights, you will drive optimization by enhancing site search, categorization, and personalization. Your Daily Adventures Own the Online Product Launch process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all product listings and content enrichment. Lead the implementation of both manual and algorithmic merchandising strategies (Site Search, Sort Order) to feature key products and drive conversion. Drive the optimization of product data and site navigation structure based on SEO considerations and consumer shopping behavior. Manage the implementation of all online promotions and oversee the development of legal copy supporting both online and store promotions. Monitor consumer journey and shopping behavior to drive reporting on website performance, providing data-driven input into pre-season buying and product requirements. Coach and manage the site merchandising team, overseeing day-to-day prioritization and ensuring high-quality, on-time execution. Manage marketplaces and social shops, ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience. Contribute to a "Test and Learn" culture, optimize reporting formats, and monitor the competitive landscape for industry best practices. Your Toolkit Minimum of five (5) years in eCommerce merchandising or a related field, including two (2) years of leadership/people management experience. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in financial/data modeling. Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 or PowerBI), Shopify, and a strong understanding of site merchandising SEO best practices. Strong interest and understanding of online shopping behavior, with experience working with Apparel Retailers or Brands being a significant plus. Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies is highly preferred. Keen eye for detail, highly organized, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
