FONCTION GÉNÉRALE Le représentant des ventes est le premier point de contact avec les comptes existants de son territoire et est responsable d'atteindre les objectifs de vente pour les produits ophtalmiques d'Axis Medical. Il développe et entretient de solides relations avec les opticiens, optométristes, ophtalmologistes et magasins d'optique, afin d'assurer la croissance des ventes. Il communique régulièrement avec le directeur des ventes sur ses résultats, son développement et ses plans d'action. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS Entretient les relations avec les clients existants et développe continuellement une nouvelle clientèle. Planifier les ventes par territoire et compte, tout en surveillant le marché, les concurrents et la clientèle afin d'ajuster les plans en conséquence. Utilise efficacement les outils analytiques et le CRM pour gérer les comptes et suivre les prospects tout au long du cycle de vente.. Anticiper les besoins des clients, résoudre les problèmes rapidement et renforcer la relation client. Démontre l'utilisation des produits Axis Medical et forme les clients sur place au besoin. Assiste activement à des salons professionnels, des conférences et des séminaires de formation tout au long de l'année. Élabore et met en oeuvre une stratégie pour tous les comptes et crée une stratégie approfondie pour les comptes clés. Accomplir efficacement les tâches demandées à la direction et au bureau de la société en temps opportun. Utilise une approche de vente consultative avec les clients qui stimule les ventes immédiates et établit un partenariat commercial à long terme. Varie l'approche de vente professionnelle en fonction de la segmentation, de l'audience et de l'approche commerciale du client. QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE BAC ou expérience équivalente 1+ ans d'expérience en affaires ou en vente Compétences informatiques démontrées (Word, Excel et PowerPoint) Démontrer des compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en présentation Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide Doit avoir un dossier de véhicule à moteur (RVM) acceptable Capacité à conduire fréquemment sur le territoire, jusqu'à 80 % du temps Capacité à conduire longtemps dans diverses conditions et à rester assis pendant de longues périodes Horaire de travail flexible car les déplacements à l'extérieur de la région et la nuit sont prévus Les candidats doivent résider sur le territoire Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en dehors de la vente externe B2B.
