In this role, you'll be responsible for retrieving and issuing lunch vouchers, assisting with space planning drawings in AutoCad and Revit, and coordinating interoffice moves. You'll also handle various facility requests and miscellaneous projects. What You'll Do: Responsible for retrieving and issuing Lunch Vouchers as requested by other departments. Assist with creating space planning drawings in AutoCad and Revit. Assist and coordinate interoffice moves. Assist with various facility requests. Miscellaneous projects as required. About You: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Education and/or experience in Facilities Management - preferably a corporate environment. Strong Computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing; e-mail), and Database experience an asset. Organizational skills including prioritizing and organizing tasks; time management (i.e. completing projects on time; working with short time frames).
